Standard king room with view. Good food, extremely friendly staff in this manner. Beach area, central location near historic St Augustine as well as alligator farm & lighthouse, the Bridge of Lions which lends itself to a beautiful walk, and the historic attractions.

Central area, central location next to the shops and several restaurants of StAugustine, a great restaurant on the water, and pirate ship. Nearby Bar None Saloon - great place to chill out.

I would definitely recommend the place. Got a reasonably good and delicious breakfast included. The booked room was newly renovated with views.

i recently stayed at edgewater inn - and had a wonderful experience. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the view from the patio was perfect for a romantic getaway. the property is within walking distance of all main attractions, making it convenient to explore the area. the staff, especially Sarah, provided excellent service, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. i would highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is overall very nice and lovely little, has very attentive staff who said that this is a common complaint and the management is considering what to do. The rooms are brand-new and extremely pleasant with Keurig coffee maker and an updated bathroom and great bed.

everything was wonderful, polite staff, exceptional views across to the historic town. the location was marvellous for walking around a scenic drawbridge. the breakfast was exceptionally good, sensational and i enjoyed muffins and fruit. the place was absolutely fabulous and comfortable, no complains at all, can't recommend highly enough.
